If you are a business owner or an entrepreneur, celebrating team achievements, giving others wisdom, and being open to new knowledge are the things you need to motivate and be dedicated to running a business or company.
And if you do these on your business, you will set yourself up and your business to be more effective than you can ever imagine.

Oh, my goodness. I’m at my third Orlando resort in five days. What can you learn from going from resort to resort to resort three resorts in five days?
Let me tell you, there are some lessons to be learned. Folks, Dr. Kevin here, you know, my own experience, it’s phenomenal to see it unfold.
The first resort I went to was the celebrate my youngest child’s 10th birthday. To what extent as a leader are you taking time and dedicated time to celebrate the milestones in your business to celebrate the achievements in your business, to celebrate the top performers and the folks who have come the long way, taking time to celebrate is essential.
Make sure like being at an Orlando resort, take time to celebrate. With my 10-year-old, we went to universal studios, saw Harry Potter.
It was amazing. He had a great time. We all did the second resort. I was the keynote speaker as a leader.
It’s essential to own your expertise, but don’t let it own. You own your expertise. Be a mentor, be a guide, be the ones, one who lifts others up and the knowledge expert is great.
But also you can’t be the one who does all the heavy lifting. You have to depart your wisdom and then let others do the work.
So going to the second resort is I was a keynote speaker. It was great. I got to help inspire folks, get to set them up to be more effective in implementing software in their businesses, all through understanding how their mind works so they can lead more effectively and lead themselves on purpose.
And the third resort where I am right now is a marketing conference for creating funnels, click funnels. So I can more effectively get my message out there.
What’s this mean about leadership? It means sometimes you have to be the student. You have to take off your knowledge hat and be open.
Be a sponge, learn to take your business to the next level. You must get better. You can’t just keep doing what you have always done.
You have to be the expert sometimes, but you also have to put that hat off and let others be the expert.
So you can fill your cup and you can’t forget to celebrate folks. There are three things that if you do these three things in your business, you are going to set yourself up and your business to be more effective than you can ever imagine.
Celebrate, bring the wisdom, but also be open, be open to learning and be a sponge. Those three things are the pathway to success.
